Datiwon Help: Login Problems

If you are experiencing login problems at Datiwon, these might be the problem. Please check your system for these problems and try logging in again.

1. Check if your sytem time is okay. It should be your local time. Datiwon uses cookie which expires in certain time for security reasons. So if your system time is wrong you might not be able to login properly as your cookie might expire the moment it is stored. This would get you logged in but immediately gets you logged out so you will get the "not authorised" message.
   
   
2. Check if you have set your system time zone properly. See if you are in the right time zone by double-clicking in the system time.You should be atleast within 1 hr of yur time zone if your exact time zone is not available in your system. Like the time itself wrong time zone might also expire your cookie immediately.
   
   
3. Check if your system date is okay. Similar to the system time this will also expires yur cookie the moment it is created if your sytem is back dated.
   
   
4. Check if your browser(mostly Internet Explorer) allows cookie or not. (This can be found within the security settings in Internet Options of Internet explorer.) If the cookie is disabled you will not be able to login. so please enable cookie in your browser.

If all of the above options are okay but you are facing the problem again, please contact the administrator.
